  Our order was a delivery for two pizza’s, bread and wings. While placing the order over the phone this was confirmed with the Jets employee he also stated that this would be to our house in half hour. Well an hour and half later we finally got the pizza which was cold and not correct we were missing one the pizzas. After talking to the manager who wasn’t the most pleasant on the phone told us that if we wanted the pizza that we would need to pay for it as we did not get charged for it and it would be another hour till we could get it. To me this was very disrespectful in my eyes he should have gotten this out to us ASAP and refunded our entire meal. After this experience with Jets I do not think I will EVER be back. I highly suggest that this location needs some attention when it comes to training.
